　次の縫合の一覧表は、以下の3つの書籍やサイトを参考に作成したものである。

①「日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」の索引　

②「Rauber-Kopsch解剖学」のサイトの「頭蓋縫合と頭蓋軟骨結合」のページ

③「一般社団法人：日本解剖学会」の「PDF-関節学；靭帯学」

　・ベースを「日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」の索引に見られる35個の縫合名にし それらに「日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」の索引にはなく他の資料に見られる以下の縫合名を加えている。ただ、全ての縫合名が一般的に用いられているかどうかは不明である。

　・「Rauber-Kopsch解剖学」⇒ 人字縫合

　・「PDF-関節学；靭帯学」⇒ 鱗乳突縫合、篩骨鋤骨縫合、蝶上顎縫合、涙骨甲介縫合

　また、同じ縫合を指す名称でも資料によっては異なることもある。例えば「涙骨篩骨縫合」が「篩骨涙骨縫合」などとなっている場合も見受けれれるが、すべてベースとした「日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」の索引にしたがっている。
