■ 長後仙腸靭帯 (long dorsal sacroiliac ligament)■
第3、第4仙椎に相当して仙骨の外側縁から起こり短後仙腸靭帯の表面を大きな傾斜で外側上方に向かい上後腸骨棘につく。
