後脛腓靭帯 （こうけいひじんたい、英：posterior tibiofibular ligament）

 

　脛腓靭帯結合の靭帯の一つで、「日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」には詳しい解説は見られない。「Rauber-Kopsch解剖学」では以下のような解説が見られる。

「この靱帯は2つの部分からなり，上部の方が幅が広く，その下方にさらに細くて長い線維束が，ほぼ水平に走っている．」（※下部の水平部分を場合によっては「横脛腓靭帯」と呼ぶものだと思われる）

 

　また、以下は「Wikipedia」の解説文となる。

「The posterior ligament of the lateral malleolus (posterior tibiofibular ligament, posterior inferior ligament). It is smaller than the anterior ligament of the lateral malleolus and is disposed in a similar manner on the posterior surface of the syndesmosis」
