　下腸間膜動脈神経叢とは

 

　「 日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」では以下のように解説している。

「下腸間膜動脈神経叢　inferior mesenteric plexus：不対。腹大動脈神経叢に引き続き下腸間膜動脈および左結腸動脈、上直腸動脈を取り巻き大腸壁に至る。下腸間膜動脈神経叢には、下腸間膜動脈神経節がみられる。下腸間膜動脈神経叢からの枝は、さらに上直腸動脈神経叢をつくり、直腸の上部に分布する。上直腸動脈神経叢は、陰部神経叢からくる枝と密に吻合する。 」

 

「 Rauber-Kopsch解剖学 」では以下のように解説している。

「これは左結腸動脈および上直腸動脈に伴なっている．この神経叢から直腸の上部に達する枝は上直腸神経Nn. rectales cranialesといい，上直腸神経叢Plexus rectalis cranialisに移行している．」

 

　また、以下は「Wikipedia」の解説文となる。

「The inferior mesenteric plexus is derived chiefly from the aortic plexus.　It surrounds　the inferior mesenteric artery, and divides into a number of secondary plexuses, which are distributed to all the parts supplied by the artery, viz., the left colic and sigmoid plexuses, which supply the descending and sigmoid parts of the colon; and the superior hemorrhoidal plexus, which supplies the rectum and joins in the pelvis with branches from the pelvic plexuses.」

【 語 句 】

・aortic plexus ： 素直に訳すと「大動脈神経叢」となるが、この場合は、おそらく「腹大動脈神経叢：abdominal aortic plexus」のことだと思われる。　　・ sigmoid plexuses ： S状結腸神経叢？　　・ colon ： 結腸　　・ superior hemorrhoidal plexus ： ＝ superior rectal plexus ： 上直腸動脈神経叢？　　・ rectum ： 直腸
