視覚解剖学 Visual Anatomy

　下下腹神経叢とは

　位 置 ： 内腸骨動脈・静脈と直腸との間で肛門挙筋の上に位置する。

　受ける神経線維 ： 下下腹神経叢は以下の神経から神経線維を受ける。

　　　

　枝 ：「多数の枝が出て、骨盤内臓を取り巻く神経叢をつくり、骨盤内臓および外陰部などに分布する。」（日本人体解剖学 (上巻) ）

　神経節 ： 多数の小さな神経節（ 骨盤神経節 ）が見られる。

　交感神経系の骨盤部の神経叢だが、「 日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」には以下のような解説文が見られる。

「 骨盤部に見られる（ 自律神経叢には以下のものがある。）自律神経叢には交感神経だけでなく、仙骨部からの副交感神経も含む。」

「 The inferior hypogastric plexus (pelvic plexus in some texts)[1]is a plexus of nerves that supplies the viscera of the pelvic cavity.
The inferior hypogastric plexus is a paired structure, with each situated on the side of the rectum in the male, and at the sides of the rectum and vagina in the female.

　Contributions to the plexus include:

• ・ a continuation of the superior hypogastric plexus on either side, in the form of the hypogastric nerve.
• ・ sacral splanchnic nerves, which emerge from the sympathetic trunk.
• ・ pelvic splanchnic nerves (from the second, third, and fourth sacral nerves) also contribute parasympathetic efferent fibers to the plexus.At the points of junction of these nerves small ganglia are found.

　From these plexuses numerous branches are distributed to the viscera of the pelvis. They accompany the branches of the internal iliac artery. It is the source for the middle rectal plexus, vesical plexus, prostatic plexus, and uterovaginal plexus.[2]」
