後距腓靭帯 （こうきょひじんたい、英：posterior talofibular ligament）

 

　距腿関節を補強する靭帯の一つで、腓骨の外果窩から起こり、ほぼ水平に走って距骨の外側結節に付着する。「Rauber-Kopsch解剖学」には以下のような解説が見られる。（一部抜粋）

「この靱帯は3つの外側の靱帯のうちで最もつよい」

　

 

　また、以下は「Wikipedia」の解説文になる。

「The posterior talofibular ligament, runs almost horizontally from the depression at the medial and back part of the fibular malleolus (lateral malleolus) to a prominent tubercle on the posterior surface of the talus immediately lateral to the groove for the tendon of the flexor hallucis longus.」
