踵腓靭帯 （しょうひじんたい、英：calcaneofibular ligament） 距腿関節を補強する靭帯の一つで、腓骨の外果の下縁から起こり、少し後方に分散して踵骨の外側面に付着している。 「Rauber-Kopsch解剖学」には以下のような解説が見られる。 「踵腓靱帯Lig. fibulocalcaneareは腓骨踝の前縁の下部から起り(先端からは起らない)，斜め後下方に走って踵骨の外側面につく．幅8mm，厚さ5mm，長さ2cmほどである(Fick)．この靱帯の外側を長・短腓骨筋の腱が走っている(図457, 458, 460, 463) 」 また、以下が「Wikipedia」の解説文になる。 「The calcaneofibular ligament is a narrow, rounded cord, running from the tip of the lateral malleolus of the fibula downward and slightly backward to a tubercle on the lateral surface of the calcaneus.
