胸腸肋筋（背部）　（ きょうちょうろくきん、英：iiocostalis thoracis ）

 

　

　

 

　以下は「日本人体解剖学 (上巻) 」を参考にして作成した「背部の筋」の図になる。

　　

 

起 始：第12～第7肋骨の上縁から起こり、腰腸肋筋の停止腱の前にあって、腰腸肋筋におおわれる。（日本人体解剖学）

　　　 下位６個の肋骨角で腰腸肋筋付着部より内側（船戸和弥のホームページ）

停 止：第7～第1肋骨の肋骨角、第頚椎の横突起

　　　 上位６個の肋骨角上縁（船戸和弥のホームページ）

神 経：脊髄神経後枝の外側枝（日本人体解剖学）

動 脈：肋間動脈と腰動脈の後枝 （船戸和弥のホームページ）

 

「Wikipedia」では以下のように解説している。

「The iliocostalis dorsi (musculus accessorius; iliocostalis thoracis) arises by flattened tendons from the upper borders of the angles of the upper six ribs medial to the tendons of insertion of the iliocostalis lumborum; these become muscular, and are inserted into the upper borders of the angles of the upper six ribs and into the back of the transverse process of the seventh cervical vertebra.」
