顆間隆起　（ かかんりゅうき、英：intercondylar eminence ）

 

　脛骨の近位端（大腿骨と関節する端）の関節面の中央部にある隆起のこと。その両端は結節状となり、内側のものを内側顆間結節、そして外側のものを外側顆間結節と呼んでいる。

「The intercondylar eminence, or tibial spine, is a structure of the tibia. It lies between the articular facets of the proximal tibia, but nearer the posterior than the anterior aspect of the bone, is the intercondyloid eminence (intercondylar eminence, spine of tibia), surmounted on either side by a prominent tubercle, on to the sides of which the articular facets are prolonged; in front of and behind the intercondyloid eminence are rough depressions for the attachment of the anterior cruciate ligament and posterior
